About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead and execute comprehensive change, communication, and training strategies for key IT transformation projects. Supporting 1 to 2 projects concurrently, you will act as the single dedicated change specialist for your assigned workstreams, guiding business units through seamless transitions to new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change & Stakeholder Planning: Formulate tailored Organisational Change and Stakeholder Management Plans in alignment with enterprise change frameworks and methodologies.
• Impact Analysis & Communications: Assess end-to-end change impacts and design structured communication campaigns to engage users and maintain business alignment.
• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Perform thorough TNA to identify user requirements, determine learning approaches, and define required training assets.
• Content Creation & Delivery: Personally design, develop, and deliver end-user training materials, followed by dedicated post-implementation hypercare support.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with operational personnel, senior leaders, and external stakeholders to foster business readiness and drive adoption.
• Project Execution: Track and monitor change activities against strict schedules to ensure deliverables are met within agreed timeframes.

What You'll Bring

• To be successful in this role, you will be a self-driven change practitioner who is comfortable managing end-to-end OCM activities independently from strategy down to content creation.
• Experience: 7 to 10 years of proven experience as an IT Organisational Change Manager within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Methodologies: Deep expertise in change management frameworks, with demonstrated ability to adapt strategies across both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Hands-on Delivery: Confidence and willingness to act as a hands-on, standalone change resource-planning and executing all OCM, communications, and training tasks yourself.
• Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities across all organisational levels.
• Qualifications: Relevant professional certifications in Organisational Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) are highly desirable.
• Mobility & Compliance: Flexibility for occasional interstate travel within Australia to conduct impact assessments, stakeholder alignment, and on-site training delivery.
