Job summary

EY is seeking an Organisational Change Manager in Canberra to shape and deliver end-to-end change for government transformations. You will implement new technologies, operating models and ways of working, uniting people, processes, policy and technology to ensure confident adoption.

Work within diverse teams on large-scale changes for public sector clients, leveraging EY’s methodologies and global research. Hybrid role in Canberra - Ngambri with flexible hours options.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA).
• Experience delivering consulting or change management services within Australian Government environments.
• Proven experience shaping and delivering end-to-end change for complex transformations (operating model, workforce, process or system change).
• Accreditation and/or qualifications in change management, organisational psychology, strategic communications or behavioural science.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the change architecture, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end change journey across complex government transformation programs.
• Translate organisational strategy into practical change delivery, assessing workforce, leadership and operating model impacts.
• Bring together people, process, technology and experience into a cohesive change approach.
• Develop clear narratives and communications to support client adoption and sustained outcomes.
