Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience delivering strategic workforce planning and transformation in government environments.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA).

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation engagements across Federal Government programs and guide strategic decisions in planning, strategy, operating models, and design.
• Develop executive briefings and governance materials; chair workshops across stakeholder groups.
• Lead project teams, coach members, and contribute to proposals and capability growth.
