Job summary

EY Canberra is seeking a Senior Manager to lead technology strategy and transformation programs for Australian Federal Government clients. You will shape operating models, roadmaps and governance, guiding senior stakeholders and directing multiple workstreams.

This hybrid Canberra role offers flexible hours, leadership development and a path to grow a Canberra Technology Consulting practice within EY, with a focus on delivering measurable organisational change.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex technology strategy, operating model, architecture or transformation engagements in consulting, government or another complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and leading technology transformation initiatives from strategy through to delivery.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes through collaboration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy and transformation engagements for Federal Government priorities and translate them into practical roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Provide trusted advice to senior client stakeholders while directing multiple workstreams and managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring to achieve outcomes through collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to proposals and business development to grow the Canberra Technology Consulting practice.
