Your Impact

• Lead the development and implementation of the organisation's L&D strategy.
• Design and deliver contemporary learning programs aligned with adult learning principles.
• Drive organisational capability through adaptive, blended learning programs.
• Champion engagement initiatives, including employee listening and feedback programs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Organisational Development & Learning team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
• Use data and analytics to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost‑effective delivery of programs.

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or Adult Education
• 8+ years' experience in L&D, organisational development, and culture
• Proven success in leading change and capability building initiatives
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams
• Expertise in instructional design and digital learning tools e.g. Articulate, Canva, Descript

Bonus Points For

• Experience in aged care or community services
• Accreditation in DISC, Human Synergistics, or coaching frameworks
• Professional certification as a Learning Practitioner
