ByAsia Food is seeking a diligent Supply Chain Support Associate to help fulfill customer orders and keep delivery timelines on track. You will review orders, check availability and communicate updates to customers using email and internal systems.

You'll work in a process-driven office, comfortable with spreadsheets and basic Excel tasks, and collaborate with the wider team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. Previous supply chain experience is helpful but not essential.

• Experience in customer service, administration, order processing, logistics or supply chain is helpful but not essential.

Mansioni

• Review and manage customer orders received electronically through our systems.
• Check order requirements and product availability to ensure orders can be fulfilled correctly.
• Identify shortages, order changes, delivery issues or other exceptions and follow them through to resolution.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding order availability, shortages, changes and delivery updates.
• Work with the supply chain, warehouse and transport teams to support timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Use spreadsheets and internal systems to review, update and track order information.
• Follow up on delivery status and resolve issues where required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication, order changes and supporting documentation.
• Follow established procedures and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide support and coverage for other customer order activities within the team.
• Assist with general supply chain and administrative tasks as required.
