Job summary

Sonova is seeking an Order Entry Officer to accurately enter inbound sales and service orders into SAP, supporting timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

This entry-level role includes full training, is based in our Sydney office, and requires a full-time commitment during a 9-month maternity cover period. You will join a collaborative team focused on reliable order processing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with full training on our products
• Experience in similar role preferred
• Strong computer skills and data-entry accuracy
• Background in hearing or healthcare industry is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter orders into our SAP system
• Create delivery documents for service orders and pack for delivery
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation
• Ensure work area and practices are safe
• Operate at our office on a full-time basis

Order Entry Officer

As our Order Entry Officer you will be a typing whiz. You will be required to enter orders into our SAP system with speed and accuracy. Your day can be repetitive but the environment is fun and inclusive. Every day will be a rewarding day as the work you do helps transform the hearing experience of millions of people which will give you meaning.

This role is a 9 month maternity leave cover position.

More about the role:

• Receive and unpack inbound sales and service orders
• Data entry of sales and service orders into our order management database system
• Create delivery documents for service orders, and pack for delivery
• Ensuring the work area and work practices are safe
• This is an entry level role where full training on our products will be provided
• You will be required to work out of our office on a full time basis

More about you:

• experience working in a similar role
• strong computer skills, preferably with SAP experience
• ability to thrive in a fast pace working environment
• background in hearing or healthcare industry is preferred but not essential
• adaptable as we implement new processes and products
