• Interact professionally and sensitively with members of the public, patients/clients and staff.
• Book and prioritise clients within wait times per category with direction from the Client Services Coordinator.
• Maintain client records with accurate data entry into a computerised patient database (ISOH) and HBCIS.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of internal systems and work practices.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally and sensitively with the public, patients and staff in person or by phone.
• Ensure clients are booked and prioritised within the indicated wait lists and categories.
• Maintain accurate records with ISOH and HBCIS data entry.
