Job summary

NRI is seeking an Oracle HCM Principal Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and AI-enabled workforce solutions across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive solution architecture, pre-sales activities, and engagement with HR Directors and CIOs to deliver value through Oracle HCM and AI capabilities.

The role spans both project delivery and pre-sales within an Agile delivery framework, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to shape offerings and ensure successful

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise HCM applications
• Proven delivery of Tier-1 Oracle Cloud transformations
• Pre-Sales experience with solution design and proposals
• Knowledge of Oracle AI capabilities in HR and analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Develop functional design documents and integration blueprints
• Support RFP/RFI responses and client presentations
• Shape go-to-market offerings for Oracle HCM and AI solutions
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery outcomes
• Lead distributed onshore/offshore teams in an agile setup
• Build IP, accelerators, and reusable assets for HCM Cloud
