HCM Australia Pty is recruiting an Oracle ERP Finance Lead based in Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne. You will lead Oracle Cloud ERP transformations, engage with clients, and drive end-to-end delivery from initiation to go-live, including offshore support. Requires hands-on ERP Cloud/Oracle ERP leadership and strong finance-process translation skills.

Role involves collaboration across teams, pre-sales contributions, and travel (including Indonesia). Australian PR or Citizenship is required.

Competenze

• Recent hands-on implementation experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle ERP as a functional lead (ESSENTIAL).
• Strong configuration and/or support experience in at least 3 or 4 Oracle Fusion ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management) with Source-to-Pay/Projects knowledge beneficial.
• Solid understanding of finance processes and translating them into functional system requirements.
• Consulting mindset with documentation, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for an Oracle ERP Finance Lead for a long standing client with the role being based out of Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne.

Below is some of the experience we are looking for; it's essential that you have lead experience from a functional aspect.

Some of the experience required:

• Recent, hands-on implementation experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle ERP as a functional lead (this is ESSENTIAL)
• Strong configuration and/or support experience inat least 3 or 4 of the following Oracle Fusion ERP modules: (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management) + any additional knowledge around Source-to-Pay or Projects would be beneficial
• A solid understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate them into functional system requirements.
• A consulting mindset-strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

As part of the Oracle Cloud ERP team, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of clients (on and offshore). You'll work across the full lifecycle—from project initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support-helping clients adopt best-practice processes and realise the benefits of Oracle Cloud.

In this role, you will:
