Victorian Department of Health is seeking a Functional Support Analyst to ensure smooth operation, maintenance and user support of Oracle E-Business Suite across finance, procurement and supply chain in health services. You will monitor performance, log incidents and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.

The role requires ITIL knowledge, Oracle EBS experience in health settings, and strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualificações

• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant Health IT experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite—Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain in health services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for Oracle E-Business Suite; especially the finance, procurement and supply chain modules.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate timely resolution with technical teams.
• Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using IT service management tools.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors and teams to implement fixes and improvements.
• Demonstrate initial investigation and triage of issues and coordinate resolution activities.
• Develop knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides and user documentation.
• Participate in testing of enhancements, patches, upgrades and production releases.
• Build relationships with health service representatives, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality service.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations.
