Job summary

Randstad in Brisbane is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to optimise and support Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules. You will bridge Finance and IT, resolving issues, gathering requirements, and driving automation to improve efficiency.

The role requires hands-on Oracle EBS Finance configuration, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and experience with ETL data integration. You will contribute to UAT, documentation, and training in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience as Systems Analyst or Business Analyst supporting Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Deep understanding of core financial processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report.
• Hands-on Oracle EBS Finance module configuration experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration with external systems.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Brisbane in a hybrid capacity. Serving as the vital link between Finance and IT, you will focus on the support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules.

1) What You Will Do:

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, resolving system issues, data discrepancies, and interface failures.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Identify and drive opportunities to automate manual financial processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational error.
• Assist with system configuration, patch testing, third-party integrations, and lead UAT.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures, and training sessions to maximise user adoption.

2) What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Proven experience in a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role directly supporting Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Deep understanding of core financial processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
