Qualifications

• Experience in reception or front-desk roles is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Answer phones, book appointments and respond to emails.
• Assist with filing, scanning and other general administrative duties.
• Manage patient check-ins and coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide clear and professional communication to patients regarding appointments and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data entry.
• Support day-to-day tasks to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with optometrists and the wider team to maintain patient care.
• Learn and develop additional optical and dispensing skills as your knowledge grows.
