Job summary

Eyecare Plus Revesby is seeking an Optical Dispenser/Optical Assistant for a part-time role on the shop floor. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with frame and lens selections, and help maintain store standards.

Training is provided, with opportunities to grow your skills in eyewear products, brands, and customer care while working in a friendly, down-to-earth team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical retail is preferred but training will be provided.
• Comfortable on a busy shop floor and happy to engage with customers.
• Organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a small team.
• Interest in fashion, service and people.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and expert eyewear advice.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses to match their needs and style.
• Engage with customers, identify solutions, and help them feel confident with their look.

About the Role

About you

• Confident, motivated and comfortable on a busy shop floor
• A genuine interest in fashion, service and people
• Organised, reliable and able to work as part of a small team
• Happy to learn optical retail and our house brands
• Available for retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous optical or specialty-retail experience is valued, but not required. We will provide training to the right person.
