1001 Optometry in Bondi Junction is seeking an Optical Dispenser/Optical Assistant for a full-time role on the shop floor. You will greet customers, assist with styling, and support dispensing and aftercare in a luxury boutique environment.

Qualifications

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Bondi Junction boutique. This is a full-time role on the shop floor, supporting patients and customers through their eyewear journey, from greeting and styling through to dispensing support and aftercare.

You will work closely with the store team and optometrists, and you will be part of a busy Westfield store that serves a diverse local community.

Key responsibilities:

About you

• Confident, motivated and comfortable on a busy shop floor
• A genuine interest in fashion, service and people
• Organised, reliable and able to work as part of a small team
• Happy to learn optical retail and our house brands
• Available for full‑time retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is an advantage
• Previous optical or specialty‑retail experience is valued, but not required. We will provide training to the right person.
