Job summary

Kevin Paisley Optometrists is seeking an Optical Assistant for part-time roles across Geelong, Pakington Strand, Waurn Ponds and Leopold practices. You’ll deliver world-class customer service, help customers choose optical products, and work with the Optometrist and team to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, attention to detail, and style awareness, with opportunities for training and career development within The Optical Company network.

Qualifications

• Optical dispensing qualifications and experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong track record in retail, especially in customer-facing roles (high-end fashion) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and impeccable personal presentation are essential.
• Ability to assist a diverse range of customers with product selections.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

As an Optical Assistant, your passion for style, attention to detail and customer-first mind-set will enable you to build genuine connections with customers and ensure they get the best possible solutions, whilst expanding on our existing loyal customer base and supporting the team to achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.
