Job summary

Shamir Australia Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our optical team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, orders and product information with accuracy and care.

In this role you will work across customer service, administration and operational duties, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams while delivering a premium service experience. Experience in optical is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, healthcare, retail, or administrative role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident computer skills and data entry experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries, providing product information and order support.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
• Provide technical advice and product recommendations across our range of optical solutions.
• Assist with troubleshooting and account-related enquiries.
• Receive, check, and unpack incoming orders.
• Complete frame tracing and order processing tasks.
• Perform accurate data entry and system updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment.
