Civil Plant Operators – BLACKWATER / Various Locations

Cooper McCullough Group (CMG) is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators who are local to Central Queensland and surrounding areas for upcoming civil construction and roadwork projects across the region.

We are looking for reliable, experienced operators who take pride in their work, have a strong safety focus and are comfortable working across a variety of civil construction environments.

Operators We’re Looking For

We are interested in hearing from experienced:

• Excavator Operators
• Grader Operators
• Dozer Operators
• Moxy Operators
• Roller Operators
• Water Truck Operators

• Multi-Skilled Plant Operators

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in civil construction, roadworks or bulk earthworks
• Relevant RII plant competencies/tickets
• Coal Board Medical & St11
• Current Driver Licence
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew

• Final trim and GPS experience highly regarded for relevant plant
