Your Role

You’ll play a key part in delivering a major civil construction project, operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently while contributing to a positive team environment.

Duties may include:

• Operating civil construction plant and equipment
• Bulk and detailed earthworks
• Conducting pre-starts and routine equipment inspections
• Maintaining productivity while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards
• Assisting with project delivery targets and quality outcomes
• Supporting site crews as required
