Job summary

Envirocivil NSW is seeking an experienced Plant Operator and Truck Driver for casual, on-site work around Western Sydney. You will move plant and materials between jobs, perform vegetation management, mulching, and support waste facility operations. On-site role requires truck-license and plant operation capability.

Ideal candidates will hold an unrestricted HC or HR truck licence, a Construction White Card, and be reliable, safety-focused, able to work unsupervised in a small crew environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Excavator, Posi-Trak, and Tractor.
• Current tickets/licences for the above plant.
• Current unrestricted HR or HC truck driver's licence (ideally).
• Construction White Card
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work unsupervised.
• Physically fit for outdoor work.
• Experience in operating plant equipment (desirable).
• Experience around waste facilities (desirable).
• Unrestricted HC licence (preferred).

Job description

We're looking for an experienced, reliable Plant Operator and Truck Driver to join our team on a casual basis. This is a hands-on role where you'll be operating on site and moving plant and materials between jobs. The work includes vegetation management, mulching, and supporting our waste facility operations. If you can run the gear and back it up with a truck licence, you'll slot straight in.

Key responsibilities

Operate an excavator, Posi-Trak, and tractor on a range of vegetation management and mulching tasks

Perform mulching, clearing, and vegetation management works

Load, cart, and deliver plant, materials, and green waste

Support day-to-day operations at our waste facility and onsite and jobs

Complete pre-starts, basic maintenance, and safety checks on all equipment

Work safely and productively as part of a small, tight-knit crew

About you

Experience operating an Excavator, Posi-Trak, and Tractor

Relevant tickets/licences for the above plant

Current unrestricted HR or HC (ideally) truck driver's licence

Construction White Card

Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work unsupervised

Physically fit for outdoor work

Experience in operating plant equipment (desirable)

Experience around waste facilities (desirable)

Unrestricted HC licence (preferred)
