ecoDynamics Landscaping in NSW is seeking a reliable HR Driver to operate hydro-mulching trucks across NSW, combining driving with on-site work to support revegetation and erosion control projects. You’ll be part of a growing team, with training available for hydro mulching, a strong safety focus, and full-time ongoing employment with competitive pay based on experience.

This role requires a HR licence, physical fitness, and good communication, with opportunities to develop skills across outdoor

Qualifications

• Hold a current HR licence.
• Experience driving trucks and/or operating machinery.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Hydro mulching experience is highly regarded, but training may be provided.

About the Role - HR Driver / Hydro-Mulcher

We’re looking for motivated and reliable individuals to operate our hydromulching trucks across NSW. This role combines driving, on-site work, and operating specialised equipment to support large-scale revegetation and erosion control projects.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

• Operating hydro mulch equipment and trucks
• Driving to and from job sites
• Loading, unloading and handling materials
• Carrying out hydro mulching and associated site works
• General equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Working efficiently as part of a team while also being able to work independently
• Reporting of stock use
• Daily site diary’s completed

About You

The successful applicant will:

• Hold a current and appropriate truck licence HR
• Have experience driving trucks and/or operating machinery
• Be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Take pride in producing quality work
• Be willing to learn and take on new skills
• Have good communication skills
• Hydro mulching experience is highly regarded, but training may be provided for the right person.
