Job summary

Cypress Environment and Civil Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking an experienced HC or HR Truck Driver/Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will safely operate tipper trucks and other heavy vehicles across civil, environmental, vegetation management and site maintenance works.

The role involves hands-on duties across Sydney, the Central Coast and surrounding areas, with training provided for any required tickets. You will work with experienced crews to deliver projects to high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating HC or HR trucks.
• Ability to perform daily pre-start checks and vehicle inspections.
• Willingness to assist with civil and environmental works when required.

Cypress Environment and Civil Pty Ltd - Bargo NSW

Cypress Environment & Civil is seeking an experienced and reliable HC or HR Truck Driver / Operator to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant will be responsible for safely operating company trucks, including tipper trucks and other heavy vehicles, while supporting our civil, environmental, vegetation management and site maintenance operations.

This is a varied, hands‑on position. As well as driving, you may be required to assist with general site duties and, where appropriately licensed and competent, operate other plant and equipment.

Don't worry, if you have a passion for operating machines but you don't have the experience or the tickets we are prepared to put you through these courses and provide training at our cost.

You will work across a range of projects throughout Sydney, the Central Coast and surrounding local areas, working alongside experienced operators and ground crews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a safety‑first attitude, good communication skills and take pride in maintaining equipment and completing work to a high standard.

• Operating HC or HR trucks safely and efficiently
