Job summary

The Glascott Group is seeking experienced Excavator and Bobcat Operators to join our Canberra crew in a permanent full-time role. You’ll work across landscape and civil sites around the ACT, performing finishing work that ensures projects look right.

Ideal candidates will have a current VOC for Excavator and Skid-Steer, 3–5 years’ experience, White Card and a valid licence, plus a safety-first attitude and an eye for finished levels.

Qualifications

• Current VOC for Excavator and Skid-Steer.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an operator.
• White Card and current driver’s licence.
• A safety-first attitude and a good eye for finished levels.
• Landscape construction experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Final trimming for garden beds and turf areas.
• Base preparation for concrete paths.
• Trenching and bulk earthworks.
• Lifting and placing heavy materials with the machine.
• Helping out with general labouring when machine work isn't needed.
