Glascott is seeking a Team Leader for the Western Sydney area, based out of Gladesville, to lead a small ground-works team on garden renovations across industrial, council, and high-end residential sites.

The role combines hands-on maintenance with team leadership, client liaison, and project management to meet time and budget targets. A valid white card and Chemcert are required; a horticulture background is highly regarded.

• Topiary experience preferred.

Glascott are seeking a Team Leader for our high-performing and friendly team covering the Western Sydney area based out of Gladesville. You should be a independent self-starter who can work both independently and in charge of a team to deliver garden renovations across various levels of expectation from Industrial strata sites to council parklands and precincts through high end residential.
