Job description

Based at our Caloundra branch, you will be part of a team responsible for operating machinery, manufacturing goods, preparing and loading orders, and ensuring all loads are inspected and properly tagged. We provide comprehensive training to support your development within the role and future career growth opportunities. This is a day shift role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and load sales orders in line with daily plans, prioritising safety and quality.
• Manufacture goods using our Service Centre machinery and tooling.
• Demonstrate versatility by assisting with various tasks based on business needs and your skill set.
• Unload goods and materials safely, ensuring receipt documentation is accurate.
• Operate machinery, equipment, and plant safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure produced goods meet specified standards.
• Pick and pack orders according to requirements and procedural guidelines.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment before use.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members to promote a productive, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Load vehicles safely, adhering to Loading Guidelines and Chain of Responsibility legislation.
• Complete all relevant documentation accurately and promptly.
