Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to administer and optimise ODM operational systems, support reporting and automation, and partner with PMO and leadership to drive efficiency. You will design workflows, manage access, and maintain governance artefacts to ensure accurate, controlled information across programs.

The role requires experience in dashboards, data quality, and low-code platforms, with a focus on continuous improvement and scalable delivery across ODM and CMDU

Qualifications

• Experience in systems administration, reporting and analytics.
• Experience supporting business applications and workflows.
• Ability to design or maintain automations and digital workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into solutions.
• Ability to document processes and provide training materials.
• Data quality management and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and optimise operational systems and apps.
• Develop dashboards, reporting and performance metrics.
• Design and implement automation, workflows and forms.
• Manage user access, security roles and onboarding/offboarding.
• Create process documentation and knowledge assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardise ways of working.
• Support system rollouts, testing and training activities.
