You will ensure accurate order processing, billing, and customer portal administration while working across multiple enterprise systems.

• Maintain and manage third‑party customer portals.
• Upload compliance documents such as certificates and insurance documentation.
• Submit claims and invoices through customer portals when required.
• Provide transactional administrative support aligned with operational processes.
• Ensure system data accuracy and adherence to defined service levels and process controls.
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics (Field Service), Pronto Zoho, and Microsoft 365 apps where required.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Customer Portal Administration

• Maintain and manage third‑party customer portals.
• Upload compliance documents such as certificates and insurance documentation.
• Submit claims and invoices through customer portals when required.

Operations & Administrative Support

• Provide transactional administrative support aligned with operational processes.
• Ensure system data accuracy and adherence to defined service levels and process controls.

Systems & Technology

You will regularly work with:

• Microsoft Dynamics (Field Service)
• Pronto Zoho
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
