Job summary

Natures Cargo in Ballarat is seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across administration, customer service and operations. You will coordinate processes, maintain records, resolve enquiries and support multiple teams.

The role emphasizes data integrity in the ERP, inventory accuracy, and proactive issue resolution, with opportunities to contribute to efficiency improvements and strong customer service across our network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Operations, Administrative Support, or related roles.
• Experience in operations support and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
• Proven organisational and time management skills.
• Experience using Pronto ERP would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies and items held up in shipping bins.
• Address and minimise out-of-stock situations for customer orders.
• Provide reporting support and assist with data-intensive tasks (rebates and tenders).
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and manage archival records.
• Proactively monitor orders, shipments and invoices to identify issues before they arise.
• Identify areas for process improvements and assist with new procedures to enhance efficiency.
