Sargeant Transport is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift, ensuring loads are covered and drivers are supported. This hands-on role focuses on keeping operations moving, informing customers, and resolving issues quickly.

The ideal candidate will bring transport industry experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic Fatigue Management accreditation is preferred.

• Monitor driver performance, compliance and fatigue management.
• Review run sheets, payroll and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure incidents, paperwork and systems are accurately managed.
• Identify issues before they become problems and make decisions under pressure.
