Job summary

CDC Data Centres in Australia is seeking a Business Manager, Operations to provide strategic, operational and governance support to the Chief Operations Officer and the Operations leadership. You will act as a trusted partner, coordinating executive reporting and driving performance insights across the business.

You will build dashboards, manage strategic projects, monitor budgets and risks, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experienced in supporting senior executives through business partnering, consulting or project management.
• Proven ability to prepare board papers, executive reporting and governance documentation.
• Strong analytical, reporting and business performance skills with clear insights.
• Proven project coordination and continuous improvement experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and discretion with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to the COO, anticipating priorities, risks and opportunities to enable decisions.
• Coordinate COO's calendar, executive leadership and Board reporting, meetings, actions and governance documentation.
• Produce performance analysis, dashboards and reports that highlight business results, risks and priorities.
• Coordinate strategic projects and operational initiatives, tracking delivery, budget, risks and dependencies.
