Job summary

CDC Data Centres in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager who loves building relationships and helping customers succeed. You will own the customer lifecycle and ensure a seamless, positive experience across operations, delivery and commercial teams.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will partner with on-site teams, coordinate quarterly business reviews, manage contracts and KPIs, and drive initiatives that improve satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in service delivery and project coordination.
• Experience supporting large or enterprise customers with engagement with leaders and wider internal & stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead conversations and take accountability in complex environments.
• Experience with contracts and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a consistent, high quality experience throughout their journey with CDC
• Work collaboratively across CDC to bring the right teams together and support seamless, well coordinated customer outcomes
• Strengthen CDC's presence across multiple customer environments by partnering closely with customer stakeholders and on site teams
• Support delivery of customer contracts in line with agreed KPIs, helping ensure commitments are clearly understood, tracked and met
• Coordinate and facilitate monthly business reviews, quarterly operational and security audits, and other customer compliance activities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, including operational matters and coordination of project quotes or proposals
• Stay connected to industry developments and represent CDC with professionalism, modelling our DNA and leadership fundamentals in every interaction
