Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Business Manager, Operations to provide strategic, operational and governance support to the COO and Operations leadership. You will act as a trusted adviser, coordinating executive reporting, dashboards and governance documentation, and guiding priority-setting.

In this role you will manage strategic projects, monitor delivery, budgets and risks, build strong stakeholder relationships, and champion continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives through business partnering, consulting or project management.
• Strong capability in board papers, executive reporting, governance documentation and dashboards.
• Advanced analytical, reporting and business performance skills.
• Proven project coordination and continuous improvement experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, judgement, discretion and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to the COO and Operations leadership, acting as a trusted adviser.
• Coordinate COO's calendar, executive leadership and Board reporting, meetings and governance documentation.
• Produce performance analysis, dashboards and reports that highlight business results, risks and priorities.
• Coordinate strategic projects and operational initiatives, tracking delivery, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, maintain clear communication and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
