The NSW Fair Trading Division, Rental Bonds Team in Grafton, NSW, is seeking a Business Operations Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support. Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of administrative and operational support to meet business needs.
• Respond to complex enquiries with accurate, timely information.
• Coordinate and maintain records, databases and information systems in line with policies.
• Develop, implement and monitor office systems to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports and documentation on business unit performance and support recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Continuously review administrative practices to support quality outcomes.
