Job summary

Bella Corp Trading Pty Ltd, the local home of Fagron, on the Gold Coast, is growing its team and seeking a dedicated Business Support Officer to join our administration group.

You will support customer and order inquiries, process quotes and invoices in MYOB, manage supplier invoices and month-end reports, coordinate inventory with the warehouse, and keep data up to date across systems, helping a small but impactful team deliver personal healthcare to Australia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Medium level with accounting tasks using MYOB.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Friendly demeanour and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and order support via phone and email.
• Process orders, quotes, invoices, and keep pricing records.
• Assist accounts with supplier invoices and month-end processes.
• Coordinate inventory, dispatch, stock levels, and stock takes.
• Maintain accurate data across systems for customers and suppliers.
