AAR Consulting Group is seeking a Manager Operations (incl procurement / contracts) to lead the NSW government agency's operations, procurement, and contract governance. You will drive service delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide leadership across business operations.

The role focuses on procurement governance, contract oversight and coordination of operational procedures, with a strong emphasis on risk, compliance and performance reporting for land and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management and leadership experience across large teams.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive strategic delivery.
• Experience implementing NSW Procurement Policy Framework and compliance standards.
• Track record in project management, policy development and contract oversight.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day administration to ensure smooth operations and reporting.
• Oversee procurement activities with compliance to probity rules.
• Provide QA on procurement docs, sourcing strategies and evaluations.
• Manage contracts and service providers with KPI delivery focus.
• Support WHS compliance and safety governance across operations.
• Develop and review operational procedures, risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Produce reports, dashboards and performance metrics for procurement and contracts.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring timely responses.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations, procurement governance and contract management.
