CODES Air Conditioning & Electrical, Adelaide SA, is seeking an Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations for our commercial HVAC & electrical business. You’ll coordinate trades, manage budgets, and drive project delivery from estimating through to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial construction / HVAC / electrical experience.
• Able to lead people and make decisions.
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded.
• Communicates well with trades, builders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate trades across projects.
• Monitor job progress and labour budgets.
• Material planning and procurement.
• Support project delivery from estimating through to completion.
• Work with builders, clients and suppliers.
• Identify issues before they become problems.
• Lead and develop our electrical/HVAC team.
• Improve systems, processes and accountability.
• Monitor project profitability and protect GP targets.
