Job summary

A Melbourne-based growing mechanical services contractor in Melbourne's South East is seeking an Operations Manager for HVAC projects. You will connect estimating, delivery, labour planning and commercial performance into a single, well-governed Projects division.

With direct access to ownership and a pathway to broader P&L responsibility, you will shape systems, workflows and the operational discipline needed to scale the business as larger projects are pursued.

Qualifications

• HVAC/Mechanical Services experience with strong operational instincts.
• Background in building services or refrigeration projects is advantageous.
• Experience in coordinating estimating, delivery and labour planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive estimating, delivery, labour planning, subcontractors and workflow systems.
• Integrate estimating, delivery and commercial performance into one Projects division.
• Provide operational discipline to scale the business during growth.
