Anything Environmental is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Paget depot in Mackay, Queensland. This permanent full-time role focuses on leading people, coordinating logistics, and delivering results in a hands-on environment.

The successful candidate will manage rosters, monitor safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations, warehousing, transport and site activities at the Mackay depot.

Formación

• Proven experience leading staff in an operational environment.
• Previous roles as Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Site Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing rosters, productivity and staff performance.
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Good computer skills and accurate record-keeping.

• Oversee daily depot operations, workflow and productivity.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, transport and logistics.
• Ensure operational procedures and company standards are followed.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
