Responsibilities

• System and process optimisation, including AI/automation initiatives.
• Support day-to-day operations of the firm.
• Ensure optimal business practices are implemented.
• Coordinate new initiatives with management and oversee documentation.
• Manage client onboarding and external supplier relationships.
• Coordinate team events.
