Flick Pest Control in Sydney Residential is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach staff, ensure service delivery consistency, and uphold quality across the branch. You will report to the Branch Manager in Homebush and drive performance against KPIs while maintaining safety standards.

Operations Manager - Flick Pest Control (Sydney Residential)

This significant opportunity helps lead operations within Sydney Residential, one of the largest branches under the Flick banner. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager in Homebush, the Operations Manager oversees quality control, service delivery consistency, and system compliance across the Residential services division.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability where performance expectations are clearly understood, outcomes are owned, and individuals are held responsible for delivering results while building capability across the team
• Drive and meet business and operational KPI's
• Manage input costs, streamline operations, and deliver directly against branch budget targets
• Drive customer retention and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Maintain stringent HSE standards, uphold risk management protocols, and ensure all branch equipment is safely maintained

About you

• Demonstrated experience in accountability, coaching, and team capability development
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and managing budget expectations
• Clear history of maintaining a strong safety focus and strict risk management
• Demonstrated ability to retain customers and maintain service quality
• At least two years of management experience or four years in operational support roles
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and governance skills
• Industry experience and an established network in the pest control industry (beneficial, but not essential)
