Job summary

TAFE SA is seeking a Team Leader – Restaurant, Retail and Stores to provide operational leadership for hospitality, stores and admin services within the Culinary, Business and Arts Faculty. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, monitor KPIs and ensure service delivery aligns with teaching and business objectives.

Based at Regency campus, the role requires coordinating multiple workflows, reporting, planning and project work while maintaining accurate financial and purchasing

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage business and administrative support functions across hospitality, stores and customer service operations.
• Demonstrated capability to drive continuous improvement and operational change.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills with knowledge of policies and records management systems.
