OTR Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive outstanding customer service, train and develop team members, manage rosters, stock and reporting, and ensure safety compliance.

You will lead with energy and teamwork, adapt to changes, and contribute to the growth of our Adelaide store within a nationwide retail network. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
