Plumbing Bros in Perth is seeking an Operations Lead to take ownership of scheduling and estimating across our corporate operations. You will drive performance, coach teams, and ensure efficient job booking and quotation workflows.

The role demands an hands-on leader who can balance field service coordination with data-driven improvements, and collaborate with the Plumbing Team Lead to keep operations streamlined.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in scheduling, dispatch or operational coordination.
• Experience leading a team, supervising others or demonstrating leadership potential.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong systems and technology skills; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Scheduling and Estimating Teams and drive performance.
• Own the schedule: answer calls, book jobs, allocate work and maximise productivity.
• Drive quotation performance from preparation to follow-up and improve conversion.
• Prepare and review operational performance reports and resolve bottlenecks.
