You will report to the CEO and ensure our conversion processes are efficient, safe, and scalable as we expand our dealer network across Australia and North America.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, eliminating bottlenecks with lean methods, managing supply chain, and leading a high-performance production team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within heavy manufacturing, automotive or engineering environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance operational efficiency with financial targets.
• Track record of scaling operations in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
