Janus Electric Holdings Limited is seeking a hands-on Factory Manager to own the conversion floor and lead the team delivering diesel-to-electric truck conversions, ensuring every vehicle meets exacting standards.

This role manages day-to-day workshop operations, enforces safety and high-voltage protocols, supervises mechanics, electricians and apprentices, and collaborates with engineering to refine processes and resolve on-the-floor issues.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a workshop or factory floor.
• Strong technical background with ability to understand mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven leadership of tradespeople with high morale and productivity.
• Proactive, get-it-done attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the workshop floor, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and high-voltage handling procedures.
• Supervise a team of mechanics, electricians, and apprentices, providing guidance and technical support.
• Work closely with the engineering team to refine conversion processes and resolve technical issues on the floor.
