Job summary

ASBA Limited seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support delivery of strategic priorities. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive efficiency, oversee systems, projects and governance, and lead a small team while coordinating with external providers.

You will champion process improvements, manage stakeholders, and ensure professional operations across administration and technology platforms to enable sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the day-to-day operations of ASBA Limited.
• Driving operational improvements, efficiency initiatives, and process development.
• Managing organisational systems and technology platforms.
• Coordinating strategic and operational projects.
• Preparing organisational and performance reports.
• Supporting delivery of key organisational initiatives and partnerships.
• Managing outsourced providers and contractors.
• Providing leadership and support to a small team.
• Supporting governance and compliance activities, including Board and committee administration.
