Job summary

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Operations Manager to elevate the CA Program and Pathways delivery. You’ll lead initiatives, leverage data, and explore AI and digital tools to drive efficiency and an exceptional candidate experience.

You’ll collaborate with Education, Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, Member Support and Careers Engagement while contributing to governance and strategic programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, program management or continuous improvement in candidate-facing environments.
• Ability to use data and insights to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Experience with governance, risk and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational delivery and candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Education, Technology and Data teams on reporting and analytics.
• Build relationships across the organisation and represent the CA Program in forums.
• Support timetable planning, candidate pathways and knowledge resources.
• Plan and deliver change activities including training and communications.
• Ensure operations meet governance and education requirements.
