Job summary

Team Super seeks a Senior Manager, Business Optimisation and AI Enablement in Sydney to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across processes, governance and AI adoption. You will map requirements, partner with leaders and drive practical solutions that improve efficiency and member outcomes, while managing risks and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

Undergraduate qualifications in strategy or business related discipline (mandatory).
Qualifications in Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Agile or Project Management are desirable.
AI, data analytics or automation certifications or practical experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead business and process optimisation initiatives end-to-end.
Document opportunities to simplify, standardise, automate and improve performance.
Support AI enablement roadmap with governance and risk management.
Develop and maintain business cases, project plans and status reports.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder forums to progress change initiatives.
Provide governance cadences, decision logs and benefits realisation reporting.
