Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Operations Manager to elevate the CA Program and Pathways programs across Australia and New Zealand.

We’re looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Operations Manager to help enhance the operational delivery of the CA Program and Pathways programs.
Working within our Education and Marketing business unit, you’ll lead improvement initiatives that simplify processes, strengthen operational performance and create an exceptional experience for our candidates. You’ll use data, feedback and operational insights to identify opportunities for improvement, while exploring how technology, automation, AI and digital tools can support more efficient and effective program delivery.
You’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation, including Education, Technology, Data, Risk and Compliance, Member Support, Account Management and Careers Engagement. You’ll also contribute to strategic initiatives, change activities and governance requirements that support the continued evolution of our education programs.
Key responsibilities:
You’re a collaborative and solutions-focused leader who can turn complex operational challenges into practical, sustainable improvements. You’re comfortable bringing people together, influencing across organisational boundaries and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
Experience with education technology platforms such as SITS, D2L or Salesforce will be advantageous, along with project management, risk mitigation and experience identifying opportunities for AI, automation or other digital solutions.
