STACK Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Business Partner for Operations in Melbourne. The role covers industrial relations, employee relations, award interpretation and workforce compliance across 24x7 operations.

You will partner with site leaders, advise on rostering, pay and performance, and lead a team focused on a positive employee experience in a fast-paced data center environment.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related field.
• 8-15 years of HR experience in 24x7 operational environments such as manufacturing or facilities.
• Experience managing industrial and employee relations in an Award-covered workforce.
• Strong knowledge of the Manufacturing Award, Fair Work Act and NES.
• Experience advising on rostering, shift work, overtime and allowances.
• Experience leading investigations, disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Strong IR judgement and commercial acumen.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary People and Culture advisor to Operations leaders on IR and ER.
• Interpret and apply the Manufacturing Award and other employment legislation.
• Advise on classifications, remuneration, overtime, allowances, rostering and hours.
• Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliant processes with external legal advisers when required.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and risks.
• Provide coaching on performance, attendance and team dynamics.
